This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of, and incorporated into, the Contentko Terms of Service. It governs how you may use contentko.com and related domains (the "Service"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
Hard prohibitions — content you may not generate, save, or publish
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexually-explicit content involving minors. We report all CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as required by 18 U.S.C. §2258A.
- Non-consensual sexually-explicit imagery of any real person, including AI-generated nudity ("revenge porn", "deepfake porn").
- Deepfakes of real people in sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful contexts without their explicit, recorded consent — and never of public figures, journalists, regulators, or competitors in ways that could deceive a reasonable viewer.
- Election misinformation — synthetic content depicting candidates, election officials, or election processes that could deceive voters within 60 days of any covered election.
- Defamation, false light, fabricated quotes, fabricated statistics, fake news, or false attributions to real people or organizations.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorist propaganda, or content glorifying violent extremism.
- Self-harm / suicide promotion.
- Doxxing — publishing private personal information about a person without consent.
- Health / medical claims about specific recipients (HIPAA, GDPR Art. 9).
- Unregistered-securities, ICO, crypto-token-sale solicitations, "guaranteed returns" / "risk-free" investment claims, regulated financial-services pitches without proper authorization.
- Pyramid / MLM recruitment, "make-money-online" guru pitches that masquerade as content.
- Illegal goods: drugs (controlled substances), unlicensed pharmaceuticals, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen credentials, malware, spyware.
- Pirated software, copyrighted media, or other IP-infringing material.
- Content that violates any platform's policy (TikTok, Meta, Google, YouTube, X) where you intend to publish via Contentko.
Hard prohibitions — actions on the Service

You represent and warrant that you, your beneficial owners, and the audiences you target are not:

- located, organized, or resident in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk / Kherson / Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, or any other comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction
Third-party rights
You will not generate, save, or publish content that:
- infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, or other IP right

- breaches any contract to which you are a party
- includes confidential information of another (employer, client, ex-employer)
Reporting violations
To report a Contentko user violating this AUP, email [email protected] with subject AUP Report and attach evidence. We investigate within 7 business days. CSAM reports are escalated immediately.
Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion: warn you, throttle the Service, freeze a generation or campaign, suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund, withhold deliverables, retain unearned fees as liquidated damages, forward your account information and content logs to a regulator / Meta / Google / TikTok / Anthropic / OpenAI / law enforcement, and pursue any other remedy.
